By: j | August 21st, 2008With the Johan Cruijff Schaal (Dutch Super Cup) match against KNVB cup winner Feyenoord only a few days away, PSV is looking to reverse their losing trend of three consecutive losses to Ajax in the big match. Hubb Steven is adamant of reversing the trend and starting the season with a new entry into the hardware case.
PSV welcomed back Dirk Marcellis, Eric Pieters and Otman Bakkal to practice as they returned from the Olympics however the squad is still depleted with injuries and those on International duties yesterday. Carlos Salcido and Francisco RodrÃguez and expected back for tomorrows light training session after figuring yesterdays World Cup qualifying match in Mexico. I will report injury updates for the match as soon as they are made available.
