Otman Bakkal, Dirk Marcellis and Erik Pieters off to Olympics

With Erik Pieters, Otman Bakkal and Dirk Marcellis off to the Netherlands Olympic team training sessions, the club went through morning training session in the rain (spot Steve under the ‘brolly) with heavy emphasis on fitness and muscular rejuvenation. The rain made for sloppy conditions and general ball-work was kept to a minimum.
The club omitted this afternoons training session as they traveled to Oisterwijk this afternoon where they will hold training for the second week, leading up to the friendly on Saturday against SV Vaassen. Unfortunately this will mean we’ll lose our live workout feed until they return so hopefully you’ve made good use of it.
