PSV wins (and loses) in KNVB Cup

In possibly the oddest of matches, PSV beat its reserve squad 3-0 today to advance to the third round of the KNVB Cup. In a sporting light, Hubb Stevens started an entirely different eleven than the weekends match against AZm as well as debuting Cássio Ramos and Funso Ojo. Stijn Wuytens opened the scoring at the four minute mark and it wasn’t till two minutes after the break, Jason Culina set up the first of Danko Lazovic two goals. As time ran out a Stijn Wuytens cross was headed to the back of net by Serbian international Danko Lazović to take the score to its final 3-0 score.
